I have over 25 years working in the field of education, social services and mental health. I have a Master’s in Teaching from Seattle University and recently received a Master’s in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology: Prevention and Treatment from the University of Washington. I previously worked as a Children’s Advocate, Seattle Public School’s Teacher, Tutor, Preschool Teacher, Preschool Administrator, Parent Educator, Parent Coach and Educational Consultant.

I am trained in Evidenced Based Practices and have training in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Behavior Activation, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  I also am trained in Mindful Self Compassion(MSC).
