Session fees
Example amounts – update these to your actual fees.
- Individual therapy, 50 minutes $150 per session
- Couples therapy, 50 minute ) $210 per session
- School consultation/Outside provider meeting $175 per hour
- Calls about appointments or similar business No Charge
Reduced-fee slots may occasionally be available based on need. Feel free to ask about this during our consultation.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards through a secure client portal.
At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly statement (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are typically charged at the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or sudden illness.
