Session fees
Example amounts – update these to your actual fees.
- Individual therapy (50 minutes) $XXX per session
- Couples therapy (50 minutes) $XXX per session
- Couples therapy (75 minutes) $XXX per session
- Initial intake session $XXX per session
Reduced-fee slots may occasionally be available based on need. Feel free to ask about this during our consultation.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards through a secure client portal.
At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly statement (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are typically charged at the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or sudden illness.
Good-faith estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of the expected costs of your care. I’m happy to provide an estimate upon request and typically include this information in intake paperwork.
